“What a great small business! Anything you may need they have or can get! The owner will help you with your hardware needs. The great customer service that shows in how he treats his customers and employees. The local honey is my favorite. All the old time snacks are great and even in the summer time ice cream!I went in one time to get a screw and explain to the owner what I needed and what I was going to use it for and he knew exactly what type I would need.”

“I was struggling to put an oversized trash bin into the back seat of my car at the Oswego MY Lowe’s, in the pouring rain. It was 6pm on Saturday June 29. I mean, it happened just now. People drive by, watching a 70 yr old lady with a wrist brace struggling to get that thing in there somehow—when a young Lowes associate just leaving work named Joey stopped and helped. He ran into the store, off the clock, to get me something to tie it down with. And wouldn’t leave until he knew my bin was well secured. You don’t often see young people go out of their way to help us shoppers and especially after a long workday, in pouring rain. I have to hand it to Lowe’s, they choose great team members. I am most grateful! Just had to say this before leaving the parking lot. I’ll soon be back and hope to run into him again.”
