“Tools department & Garden always look immaculate compared to other stores. Other stores have product or what they call sidestacks everywhere even in the shopping areas. Messy & unkept but Clay is always neat and clean.
Help is good sometimes hard to find help at night though in certain departments. Other than that it's a very clean store & you can tell the associates working there care about their store.
Outside the store is a problem but I work in a field that is knowledgeable to know it's the landlord not filling the potholes and the landscaping looking abysmal. Lowe's just gets the blame because they are the biggest anchor when you pull in the parking lot. Hopefully they get it resolved.”

“I went into home depot to purchase a kitchen range and only after a couple of minutes.I was offered help by bob, he was fantastic.He went through and looked for everything online that I needed, he got me a couple of discounts. Everything went very smoothly, very gracious, very polite and I very much appreciated all the help that he gave me it did not take that long.
