“Being going here for about 2 years after moving from Manhattan. Everyone is pretty pleasant and helpful. On May22 2022. I had stopped in to get a couple fire ball shots. When I got home I noticed that I was charged $30.49 & $9 .23. I only bought 2 for $6. There were 2 attendants there. As I was explaining what happened the attendant Hari was VERY RUDE to me and yelling. Telling me just leave and that I should be quite. Excuse I wasn't yelling. I simply was explaining that their system has done this before and I wasn't upset just give me a refund. I showed the credit card chargers. The other attendant Ahmed was absolutely nice and even to Nari enough he will take care of this. Nari is still been very rude. Raises his arms and getting more aggravated with me. I kept saying how are you getting mad, rude and yelling at me when it was a simply register issue that can be simply fixed. I was shocked at his rude behavior. Ahmed was very polite. Very helpful with fixed the problem and very pleasant. Ahmed and I were smiling when I left but Nari still had a nasty attitude. Ahmed is hopefully a manager and Nari needs to be trained in hospitality.”

“This is the ONLY SHELL station in LI that sells pure octane gas, and NOT watered down crap like Bolla. Car drives COMPLETELY DIFFERENT with their gas, and you can tell by the significantly HIGHER mpg you will get. I get like 30% better mpg with their gas. Don't mind the slightly higher prices. This gas station DOES NOT water down their gas.”
