I used to be a loyal customer to another sprinter rental business until they changed their policy (that now you had to rent their sprinters for a minimum of 3 days for the summer.....they just lost a customer and Empire Rent A Car just gained a new loyal one).”

They are very durable and stack well.Gentlemen at the counter was very helpful and extended my rental to another day to prevent me from racking up late charges. Will definitely revist this location again. Nice.”

A true delight, great customer service skills.. yesterday I was there and the phones were going crazy and there was a growing line.. All employees there are on point with professionalism and courtesy ...My storage room & truck were both clean..I had ZERO problems... there is a little wait but you have to wait at the nail salon and the hair salon so hey... its worth the wait for this place”

“U-HAUL TRUCK, EASY TO FIND, NEAR HOME DEPOT IN JAMAICA NY. THEY HAVE 10^ TRUCK, 15 ^TRUCK, I DIDN'T SEE ANY VAN OR BIGGER TRUCK. PICK UP IS EASY IF YOU CHECK IN ONLINE. SOMETHING DROPP OFF IS EASY. PARKING LOT NOT BIG , CAN FIT LIKE 12 TRUCK. ALL TRUCK ARE AUTOMATIC WHICH IS A+ , all truck looked like new, the air conditioner was cold, radio was good. The truck have some scratches mark with X make sure to put damaged insurance and don't worry about anything else. I return the truck with extra gallons of gasoline. The bill was perfect, they didn't overcharged. I recommended this U-haul place if you need a truck or storage space. They have nice workers at the counter.”
