Didn’t realize I got sold the wrong shoe even when I showed the shoe I wanted on the website. Wanted a plain toe but ended up with a cap toe ?. But the sales person was helpful in all other regards.

Got my father a pair of shoes here last week, was very thankful that the sales people were attentive and friendly. I went into 2 other men’s shoe stores and was ignored. Not the case here. I felt listened to and seen and will come back for a Christmas gift for my dad. Thank you!
