Came here at 7pm for a watch because the current one wasn’t working. We were told there was no one there to help us in sales and she couldn’t even estimate the wait time. The sheer level incompetence was very disappointing. We made a 30 minute drive to this Apple Store to be turned away because there weren’t workers. I didn’t know Apple supported such a low level work ethic.

I visited the Apple Store at Roosevelt Field Mall and found it conveniently located on the first floor. Parking was plentiful in front of the mall, and the store was easy to locate using the map at every entrance. I would recommend calling in advance to schedule an appointment with the technical support team. During my visit, I had to wait about 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment, but it was well worth it.I was assisted by a representative named Moe, who was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He spent almost two hours helping me resolve my hacked phone issue, going above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved. Moe was patient and answered all of my questions, making sure I understood everything before I left.The store offers a wide range of products for sale, including phones, gadgets, earphones, and chargers. I also appreciated the option to charge my phone while waiting at a table inside the store. If you prefer to step out, there are coffee shops and cafeterias nearby within the mall.Additionally, there is a playground within the mall where kids can play, making it convenient if you have children with you. The hallway between the stores also has comfortable seats where you can relax. Inside the store, there are wooden chairs and desks for one-on-one work or group discussions with other customers and agents.Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at the Apple Store in Roosevelt Field Mall. I even mentioned to the floor manager Nicole on my way out how helpful Moe was. If you have any iPhone problems, I highly recommend visiting this store.

They just will not pick up the phone. I desperately need a receipt for a repair service done through them, and I have no way of communicating with them. This is unacceptable for a modern business.

Poor customer service. Handling customers is part of their daily duties.If you feel overwhelmed for handling a customer that has inquiries about a product, then this is not the place of work. A young lady that was taking care of us simply walked away and never returned just because she got annoyed. After another employee told us she was annoyed. At no time and place was she ever disrespected by us. Training your employees to handle customers at all levels should be a must. This was very unprofessional on her part to simply just leave us hanging. We were so shocked at the way this situation was handled that we just left after asked if we wanted someone else. Afterward, we realized we should've asked for a manager and have her tell us what we did wrong, which got her annoyed.

Handling customers is a must for every employee at Apple. There was a young lady taking care of us and she said that she was going to be right back and she never did. After like 10 minutes of waiting another employee came and told us that she felt annoyed of taking care of us and somebody else was gonna take care of us. I know apple strive for customer service but this is ridiculous I was asking questions regarding the monthly price for the phone and she got upset or annoyed that is completely unacceptable. At no time she was disrespected or mistreated. Apple should start training its employees better and attend the customers needs are no matter how unreasonable they might be.Do a better job Apple

Mary was my helper and omg! Amazing! She is the absolutely best. The service was fantastic and fast. This is my first time in any Apple Store and I cannot wait to come back. I am only coming here! Thanks apple and thank you Mary!!!!

Went to the genius bar to fix some annoying pop up notifications saying my safari is infested. Scott fixed it in less than an hour and even helped me download something to prevent it from happening again. He is great!

I went to buy a tablet for my daughter but what a bad service they gave me, they made us wait for approximately an hour while passing through, they ignored us as if we were some strange things still passing through, we asked several people who work there and one of them had the sinism to tell us that He couldn't help us and I observed that many people were doing nothing and fighting.They only looked at us as if we were going to waste their time and we weren't going to buy anything. I felt discriminated against because I don't speak English. Very bad employees should give them customer service training.
