The staff was not very knowledgeable about product or product location. I was sent upstairs for a product then when I got upstairs staff told me it was downstairs. Also I wasn't sure if the mouth guard I bought was youth or adult and the clerk also didn't know.

Been going to this store for years. Bathroom stalls in the women’s restroom have no locks, they don’t even close properly, You would think they would be able to afford to put some locks in the bathroom stalls so people can use the bathroom when they shop at the store
