“Always a pleasurable shopping experience at this store. Attractive, clean, well-organized. Helpful floor staff, if you need assistance, but no sales pressure -- shop at your own pace. Courteous help at check-out. Comfortable seating, in center of store, for try-on. Good selection for women, men, and children, with top, popular name brands. I especially like the BOGO, for 1/2 price off the second pair, on the holiday weekends. An added bonus is good parking in the (attractive) parking lot, with beautiful trees and landscaping. Other good stores, like Trader Joes, in this complex, too.”
“My son is just starting lacrosse, and the three workers who were there today couldn’t have been nicer. All were college lacrosse players and were very knowledgeable. They didn’t try to oversell and took the time with my son to see what was best for him. They taped his stick for him and explained basics. I’m sure bigger sports stores wouldn’t have given us this personalized attention nor would they have had the specific expertise. Thanks!!”
“Ernestine helped me immediately when I walked in looking clueless, even though it was the Friday before Labor Day and the store was a zoo. She helped me with an online order and when an item was out of stock we trouble shooted together to make an alternate purchase and save me money on the item as it was on sale in store. She was also helping other people meanwhile and honestly if she’s not the manager she should be! Thanks so much. Not an easy environment to thrive in”

“They had a good selection of hats available when the wife I visited. We were in search of 2 yankkes hats since we were attending the game later that day. The location was convenient, right inside the mall. They must have had about 30 different versions on Yankee hats on display. Both the wife and I purchased one. The only downside we experienced was the lack of customer service. It felt like we were bothering the guy who was working when we asked a question.”
“Great experience at Champs! The store was clean and well organized, and they had a great selection of sneakers and sportswear. The staff especially Omar was friendly, helpful, and patient while I was looking for the right size. Checkout was quick and easy. Definitely one of my go-to spots for athletic gear and new kicks!”

After my horrible experience there, I came to Lululemon to see if the fashion industry really was just made up of stuck up teenage girl retail workers. Fortunately, I was proven wrong. “I came in Saturday night looking for a pair of On Cloud shoes and was immediately helped by Angelo. He was the BEST! He especially went above and beyond when I encountered a problem checking out my shoes. I had gone to the counter and came across two gentlemen up front. I had a coupon code and when the first gentleman scanned it he said they didn’t accept it. He then asked the other gentleman for assistance and he did not hesitate to say no, so we had to purchass the shoes at full price.
Upon leaving the place confused we decided to test out the coupon code online. We were not surprised to see that it worked. So we went back inside to talk to angelo about the situation. He very quickly stopped what he was doing to help us out. He brought us to the register and resolved the coupon code that looked like it would have gone through, but the first gentleman did not want to type in the code for it to work. Angelo sadly had to put in extra work because of the other two workers negligence and laziness. Full kudos and thank you to ANGELO!! 5 stars for you, but I unfortunately have to knock off a star because of the other workers.”
“Outstanding Customer Service at JD – Roosevelt Field Mall
This was my first time shopping at the JD store in Roosevelt Field Mall, and despite how extremely packed it was with the Christmas rush, the experience was truly amazing thanks to two incredible associates, Elisee and James.
I was shopping with my two toddlers who were understandably going a little crazy, and both Elisee and James jumped right in to help without hesitation. They were patient, kind, and genuinely supportive during a very hectic moment. Even though the store didn’t have my son’s size available, they went above and beyond by arranging to have the shoes shipped directly to my home.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but their level of professionalism, compassion, and customer care really stood out and deserved recognition. JD is very lucky to have associates like Elisee and James—they turned what could have been a stressful shopping trip into a positive experience. Thank you both for your help and kindness!”
