The sale associate named Jennifer was truly great, friendly & very helpful in taking an order through the phone for the Bark Jacobs event since I live in another state. She kept me up to date on my order, communication was great & helped me out with an exchange. Truly appreciate her help & can’t wait to do more shopping!
