I ordered a shoe from here and the person that I spoke with on the phone was named Karina. The most sweetest human being on planet earth, literally went above and beyond to get me my shoe. I loved her customer service down, she literally deserves everything in the world.

Love this location and the staff - everyone is so friendly and professional and Michael always keeps me up to date on events and new arrivals and gives me a fun experience while shopping. If you ever have the chance to work with Michael and/or get art done on a purse by Ben when he’s in town, consider yourself lucky!!!

One of the best stores in Roosevelt field mall. Katrina and Ben are amazing. Ben did an amazing job and took his time painting my bird, Lady, on my new bag. Katrina is one of the most kindest store associates me and my family have met. Both people are super patient and show excellent customer service. Thank you!!
