“Sonika is fantastic and wonderful!!! I believe she was honest with me about how the dresses looked on me!!She made excellent suggestions and picked out a lot of dresses for me to try and gave me an honest opinion about each one!! She advised me about which dresses looked the best and which dresses did not flatter me!! She had a good eye for things that did or did not look good. She advised me about colors of shoes that would go with both dresses. This was very helpful because I need a pair of shoes that will go with both of the dresses I bought.She was respectful and polite and never made me feel that it was a bother to help me!! She answered all my questions and was very professional and extremely courteous. If it was not for her great input, I might not have bought anything!! I left the store with two.beautiful dresses and was extremely happy!! I will definitely come back.to Hobbs for the exceptionally service and the beautiful clothes!! She is extra helpful and kind, with a great eye. She helps me put together fresh, modern outfits without intimidation or judgement. “This review is for Sales Associate Giovanni G (Geo). I walked in absolutely clueless, hopeless, and frustrated looking for a wedding suit. Geo walked through the store with me and showed me every option. He explained all of the intricate details that differentiate each suit. He helped me find my size, my look, and most importantly my confidence. I tried on all of these different suits for hours. Mixing and matching, deciding and then changing my mind….He was there with me the whole time and was always patient, encouraging, knowledgeable, and FUNNY. After hours of searching for the right suit he got other members to help finalize the look. They all helped me figure out the last details from the tie, to the belt, socks and shoes. Landra added her flair with more styling tips and Rob helped me get the perfect hemming on the pants. After 1 day of planning and 2 days choosing the add ons and waiting for the hemming to be done, I left EXCITED for a wedding I felt embarrassed to be at (I was worried I would look stupid). The most important part of this whole experience, aside from the look….Geo reminded me to have fun with my people. Now, I CAN. Thank you everyone, especially Geo! “If you are interested in shopping Marc Jacobs at this location, I definitely recommend shopping with Jonathan! I walked in and was greeted warmly and genuinely. The conversation I had with him didn’t seem like he was forcing me to purchase but he was genuinely interested in just talking to me. He walked me through the store and was very knowledgable about the current collection, but he also took his time to show pieces from the new collection that weren’t on display yet. While I didn’t make a purchase because there was so many options to choose from and I wanted to take my time to make sure I was getting what I truly wanted, I will definitely be back to shop with him soon. “Please read until the end because this Cotton On location made my entire day !!!!!!!! I stumbled upon a limited time collaboration of clothing that Cotton On was recently selling, and I knew it would be difficult to get the pieces I was interested in, due to their popular nature. With that being said, I could have easily ordered the pieces online but I wanted to make sure it was all the right size and fit, so I took a ride out to Roosevelt Field Mall, which is a bit of a drive for me (especially with the gas prices right now). After walking into the mall towards Cotton On I noticed that the store looked dark and closed, the gates were even drawn over the doors and windows, and I began to feel wary that the store could possibly be closed. As we got closer, my suspicions were correct, the manager, Shanice, saw us outside and let us know that the store would be closed until the next day because their systems were down and the power in half of the store was out. She asked if I was looking for anything specific so I told her the few items I was interested in and she said they had just gotten the shipment of them and we should definitely return the following day to be sure to get them. I told her we completely understood but that we unfortunately probably couldn't come back (I had work the following day and wasn't too keen on taking the drive again, especially if the clothing I wanted would likely be sold out). In this moment, when we had accepted defeat and decided to move on, Shanice must have recognized our kindness and understanding and showed us this kindness back. She asked if I would be able to pay with cash and I said I would, and she then allowed us into the store to pick the few pieces I wanted, to try them on and to purchase them using cash, this way she could bypass part of the system that was down and complete the transaction. It may seem like a small, trivial thing to some considering that it's just clothing, but her kind gesture made my day! She could have told us too bad and to get lost, but instead she was kind enough to find a work around and help us out! I hope to return to the store when it is fully powered on and do some shopping around again; and hopefully run into Shanice so that I can thank her again :)”

You don’t feel like you’re digging through chaos to find something decent.

Whether you’re looking for casual wear, work basics, or something quick and stylish, there’s a lot to choose from. Quality is what you’d expect from H&M — some pieces are better than others — but if you take a moment to browse, you can definitely find items that feel worth the price.

What stood out most was that the store felt properly managed. Staff were visible, helpful when needed, and the checkout process was smooth without unnecessary delays. Compared to some other large retailers in the same mall, this location feels more put together and customer-focused.

Overall, a good H&M experience and one of the better locations I’ve visited. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re shopping at Roosevelt Field Mall and want affordable, stylish pieces without the frustration that sometimes comes with fast-fashion stores. Would come back again.”

“I had an excellent experience at Express. I came in looking for an elegant suit for my first job, and the service I received was amazing from start to finish. The lady working in the fitting room was very kind and helpful, and she even asked another young associate to assist me as well.

The other associate was incredibly patient and brought me different outfit options that suited me very well, helping me find the perfect size. You could really tell that they genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable and confident with my choice.

I don’t remember the exact name of one of them, but I believe it was Herreina (not sure about the spelling). Regardless, I want to highlight how outstanding the service was. I felt very welcomed and truly valued as a customer.
