“This review is for Sales Associate Giovanni G (Geo). I walked in absolutely clueless, hopeless, and frustrated looking for a wedding suit. Geo walked through the store with me and showed me every option. He explained all of the intricate details that differentiate each suit. He helped me find my size, my look, and most importantly my confidence. I tried on all of these different suits for hours. Mixing and matching, deciding and then changing my mind….He was there with me the whole time and was always patient, encouraging, knowledgeable, and FUNNY. After hours of searching for the right suit he got other members to help finalize the look. They all helped me figure out the last details from the tie, to the belt, socks and shoes. Landra added her flair with more styling tips and Rob helped me get the perfect hemming on the pants. After 1 day of planning and 2 days choosing the add ons and waiting for the hemming to be done, I left EXCITED for a wedding I felt embarrassed to be at (I was worried I would look stupid). The most important part of this whole experience, aside from the look….Geo reminded me to have fun with my people. Now, I CAN. Thank you everyone, especially Geo! I will be back for future events!!!”
“This review is for YSL in Roosevelt Field. What a great store! All the sales help there are so nice. I always walk in there just to look around because I love the product line and I can’t decide what I want, and everyone is so helpful and courteous. They never get upset, even when I tell them I’m just browsing. They treat me like I’m their best customer. Jordan is amazing, as are Gillian, Danielle, and Dana. Today I finally decided to buy a bag and a wallet (my Christmas gift). I love my purchase, and what makes it even nicer is that I got it from such a great place with great sales people. They made my purchase even more special!”
“The Tailor Shop! It's amazing! My pants were one way and now they are different and I am thrilled!That being said, the clothing selection is limited and the prices aren't as good as they are online. If you’re okay with paying full price for jeans, then it's good. They have many pants sizes. But you'd be better off ordering online for the coupons~”

“We spent the day driving around the north shore area looking at the sites and stopped in this shopping center to look at the stores. It is a very nice large strip center with several national stores. Lots of parking.
First we went to Paris Baguette for coffee and then to j Crew and finally to Banana Republic Factory Store. It is a rather large and busy store. Lots of items on sale and lots of customers. My wife bought a blouse and we will definitely stop in here again when we are in the area.”

“I love J Crew clothing style. I normally buy my clothing thru online but today, I decided to pickup my order at this location. I needed it for my coming trip and it's worth trying if available in the store than waiting thru the mail. Luckily, my shoes are available. As usual, I got it on sale price. Right size as marked, beautiful quality and a good buy for the price. I looked around the store after. Great selections. Beautiful displays. Pricy but if you purchase an item on full price, you are definitely paying for the quality. Staff is friendly. Clean store.”

Olivier E Henry.This is the 2nd time he has assisted me. He is a sales person in Womens shoes. I had to return 4 pairs of shoes I ordered, 1 pair was not easily found on my Macys charge. He patiently took the time to instruct me how to find it. We should have more sales people that patient and understanding.I truly appreciate this!”
“I discover the brand when they had a pop up store at Riverhead tanger outlets! Bought a Tshirt back then and when I discovered they opened an actual store at Roosevelt field mall, I definitely wanted to visit! The workers are highly knowledgeable about their products and are helpful! I personally like some of the interesting designs on some of their shirts, while the brand is a bit more high end then I normally wear but they are well stocked and worth checking out whether you like that brand or never heard of it, you should check it out!”
“Went in today to buy a pair of Allen Edmonds Ashtons. Chris and Sean were very kind, letting me know that shoe is discontinued. They took the time to walk me through current models and other options. I have some thinking to do on which way I will go but I am very thankful that they were there to help me.
I was reminded of the recraft service too, cannot recommend that enough. Will bring some shoes back to be taken care of. I have not needed many shoes or services since Covid but Allen Edmonds reminds me why having a go to company is a good thing. Thank you.”
“I’m a frequent shopper at this location and am always satisfied with the customer experience and how orderly and neat the store is, therefore it’s not overwhelming to shop. Latesha is an asset to the company because she makes sure she provides a lovely shopping experience and is so sweet and friendly which really speaks to how the company treats their employees. I came here to look for a specific type of pants and a shirt but was unable to find anything similar to what I was looking for. As with every H&M store, there are 2 levels one for women and one for men and kids.”
“Ernestine helped me immediately when I walked in looking clueless, even though it was the Friday before Labor Day and the store was a zoo. She helped me with an online order and when an item was out of stock we trouble shooted together to make an alternate purchase and save me money on the item as it was on sale in store. She was also helping other people meanwhile and honestly if she’s not the manager she should be! Thanks so much. Not an easy environment to thrive in”

“I had a custom made suit made by Janine. First of all Janine is an amazing human being. She's extremely meticulous, polite and professional. She spent 2h making sure everything is perfect. When the suit came in it needed some minor corrections and she had made ready the next day. At the end the suit was really perfect. The level of attention to detail is something never seen before. I recommend her without any hesitation. She's really the best!”
