“I walked in without an appointment because my phone was stuck on WSOD. Estimated waiting time was 1hr, they notified me 45min later, but I did not have a functional phone so I went back 1hr as I was told. They did not give me any hard time and I was directed to the waiting area right away.
I waited about 45min and asked for an updated wait time before someone can actually help me, I was told a tech started my appt in the system about 25min ago, but no one ever called my name. They apologized and sent me a tech immediately.
Diagnostics took about 5min, then I was given a wait time of an hour to pick up my phone after repair. Returned a little earlier than said time and my phone was ready, tech answered more questions as I was picking up.
Everyone who helped me today was extremely friendly, although they did seem like they were drowning from how busy they were.
I would definitely come back to this location when I need help.”
