Customer service rep Suleyma L is rude and disrespectful, guess she forgot service matters. Whole store seems lackadaisical management seems careless too.

Mya is rude and extremely unprofessional got mad at me for asking a question, she should be fired for the way she treats customers. I will not shop here anymore because of the way she treated me and made me feel so uncomfortable. I was a good customer too came here for anytime I needed a gift for someone in my family

Went to ask about some defects on my bracelet and was rudely treated by the store clerk and manager. I was basically told to either buy something or get out of the store, they didn’t care about my demands. Absolutely the worst service I’ve experienced, I won’t buy again from this brand. Don’t recommend this to anyone either.

I went there to pick up my online order. To my shock and dismay, I was told I had picked it up. Despite me letting them know that did not happen, the salespeople (especially the manager lady) could be careless. I was told that since it was an online order, the store could not help me. Customer service also gave me the run around for days. The lack of concern by Pandora jewelry for a customer letting you know that someone used their identity to collect merchandise leads me to believe this is a common issue and the staff is aware and possibly involved. It has been over a week, and I have no merchandise, nor any resolution from Pandora. Thanks, Pandora, for losing a customer.

Customer service was great. The girl assisting me helped me engrave my item and was very helpful throughout the entire process. They normally don’t do engravings 30 minutes to close but she made an exception for me which I appreciated very much. My gf was very happy with the outcome. 5*

Just wanted to share that I bought something online and I came into the store in Roosevelt Field for an exchange and the salesperson, Gabriela was super helpful. I'm giving her and the store 5 stars. Will definitely be back to shop at this location.

Huge disappointment!!The Pictures I’ve attached.., show exactly why I’m so bummed out.They’re Not even close to looking anything like their appearance as shown on the Pandora website. ?Not only are these earrings shockingly tiny in size…they’re also seriously lacking in luster, shine, AND more importantly the “Rose” color part of them supposedly being “Rose Gold” …UGH I feel like I’ve been duped ?

Placed an online order for in store pickup to avoid the line. 3 hours later they told me I need to wait on the line to pick it up. The line was 45 minutes long. Why bother with an online in store pickup if they still make you wait? Hire more help to handle online orders.

Went in to exchange Mother's day gift. I think it was Angel, she was so nice and helpful. Took her time and was very thorough and helpful. My Mom left so happy.

Today I was in store to add two more charms to my now full bracelet. The salesman (Christian) was very 'distant' and I was left with the feeling that he didn't want to assist my husband and I. He added the charms and cleaned my bracelet. I proceeded to fill out a Marvel sweepstake and he quickly stated you can't do that without purchase. I showed him the form that said No Purchase Necessary! He said he would ask the Mgr Chelsea and when he returned he said it is still the same answer. I can read and it may not be a big deal but follow the rules terms and conditions.

Dealing with this brand is so frustrating. Their stores and their online platform have zero congruence. Also, if you do purchase online and select store pickup, they will only hold it for three days and then cancel your order. Their system does it automatically. So if you’re running late and miss the time, you have to go through the whole process again. I asked if they would ship it to me and I had no problem paying for shipping, and they wouldn’t do it. Like this company has zero consideration for the client’s time. Then, at the store, the employees play d*** and don’t want to go out of their way to find solutions. It‘s never a pleasant experience.
