Quest Diagnostics offers COVID-19 antibody testing by appointment, along with routine lab tests, drug screens, and pediatric specialties. Scheduling and check-in are quick and easy, often using a helpful kiosk. The staff is excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and quick. The environment is clean and welcoming, though one location was noted as a little run down. Appointments are seen on time, and walk-ins are accommodated when possible. Parking is easy. Visitors must wear a face covering and cannot have had COVID-19 symptoms within the last 10 days for the antibody test.

The ones who complain.. don’t make appointments..they are priority and “ walk ins” have to wait.. simple enough.

The scheduling and check- in are quick and easy. The staff is excellent; friendly knowledgeable and quick! I highly recommend the Garden City NY Quest!!!!!!!!!

Yes at first there is no person to person interaction but the kiosk one uses to check in was easy to follow and the information on the screen was very helpful telling ones status. Lateasha was friendly and very professional. A stress free visit. The environment was clean and welcoming .
