Ingrid is the best phlebotomist ever (does everything properly & quickly)! Walked in on Saturday. Check-in machine was super easy to use. It said wait could be up to an hour but I was called in 10 mins later. Whole thing took 15 mins. Possibly the best Quest location in the area.

I had a wonderful experience with Ingrid this morning. I was a bit late for my appointment, but she was incredibly accommodating and managed to squeeze me in. She was also exceptionally friendly and made me feel at ease.
