“I was able to work up the courage to go in the omega boutique and was expecting to get a cold shoulder. But instead I was met by friendly faces and welcoming sales associates. I was introduced to Ramone who was genuine from the start. He educated me about omega’s speedmaster heritage which reminded me of my infatuation of space during my childhood! We spent hours talking about space exploration and how it ties with a speedmaster. He showed me different timepieces. Explained each design and the coaxial movement. He wasn’t persuasive in selling watches he was more interested in its stories. Eventually, we were able to narrow down to two speedmasters and the one I gravitated to wasn’t available in store. But his resourcefulness found the one I was interested in. I’ve been introduced to people who worked with him in the boutique and they are all equally friendly. I was so happy with my purchase and even though the transaction was complete I wasn’t ready to leave right away. Please visit the Omega at Roosevelt field mall even just to browse. You will leave more informed than when you came in.”

“Elisa is excellent. Great customer service. I was greeted by a young man upon arrival. I asked where the pens were located, and Elisa was more than eager to show me. She promptly asked me who the gift is for, and what is the occasion. When I told her, she condensed the selection of pens down to two choices, which we both collectively agreed on a beautiful blue pen.
