Nuri was incredibly helpful when I asked if he could help me.He determined how many links needed to be removed. He went into the back and back came out with my watch and the link in a bag for safe keeping.It was another great experience at a TAG store”

“Resized my engagement ring that's a family heirloom. He polished it and cleaned it up. I waited less than an hour for it to be done because he understood the sentimental value of the ring and my reason for not wanting to leave it. The ring looked brand new and he didn't charge me a ridiculous price. On top of his excellent work, he was also very professional, experienced, and very friendly. I am going back to get my bracelet redone as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“I need a necklace for my daughter so I went into Swarovski and I encountered Valerie. Although they did not have a quite what I was looking for where she showed me something Called the evil eye. now this was for my daughter so I listened to what she had to say about it. This was right up my alley and I knew that it would be a hit with my daughter. When I'm trying to say is that Valerie showed me what it was I was looking for even though it wasn't right in front of my face she is an excellent sales person. “My second time trying this Rolex location and to be honest i told my wife i did not want to enter the store again due to a very horrible experience the first time.Knowing how the Rolex dealers operate and most if not any watches are unavailable, putting my name on the list again and treated unwanted wasn’t something i was looking forward to.But from the time we walked in, to the time we left, it was a total different and much more pleasant experience than the first time.Ilse Hernandez was very nice and pleasant to talk to! She showed me a certain watch and ask if i wanted to try it on. I was amazed how she treated us and i even told her i didn’t want to enter the store due to my last experience there.Thank you for great customer service.
