βRecently visited this store and staff was super friendly and attentive. I was helped by Xander and he was so patient and helpful (had two kids with me). His customer service went above and beyond. He definitely deserves a raise or something!β
βCame in to pick out a skateboard for my daughter who’s a first time rider. Was welcomed immediately by staff who were so friendly. We went toward the back of the shop and were helped by Izzy who had been building a board at the time. She was so beyond helpful throughout the process and providing great tips for equipment needed as well as pointers on getting started. Will definitely be coming back.β

She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress that matches my taste and she made amazing recommendations, two of which I purchased. I always feel SEEN at Pure Barre. The coaches read the room well and encourage members to be consistent. Amadi, Catherine and Alexa were my first amazing coaches who push me to be stronger and better!
My only regret is that I wasn't introduced sooner. Highly recommend PBGCβ

A helpful staff that will not only help you with your selections, but they will go above and beyond to find something that may not be on the tables. I had a great experience, and definitely saved money on a brand that I truly enjoy and appreciate.β
βIβm a frequent shopper at this location and am always satisfied with the customer experience and how orderly and neat the store is, therefore itβs not overwhelming to shop. Latesha is an asset to the company because she makes sure she provides a lovely shopping experience and is so sweet and friendly which really speaks to how the company treats their employees. Also have had a lovely interaction with a Hispanic gentleman that works there sorry didnβt get his name. Kudos to all & thank you.β
βThis review is for Sales Associate Giovanni G (Geo). I walked in absolutely clueless, hopeless, and frustrated looking for a wedding suit. Geo walked through the store with me and showed me every option. He explained all of the intricate details that differentiate each suit. He helped me find my size, my look, and most importantly my confidence. I tried on all of these different suits for hours. Mixing and matching, deciding and then changing my mindβ¦.He was there with me the whole time and was always patient, encouraging, knowledgeable, and FUNNY. After hours of searching for the right suit he got other members to help finalize the look. They all helped me figure out the last details from the tie, to the belt, socks and shoes. Landra added her flair with more styling tips and Rob helped me get the perfect hemming on the pants. After 1 day of planning and 2 days choosing the add ons and waiting for the hemming to be done, I left EXCITED for a wedding I felt embarrassed to be at (I was worried I would look stupid). The most important part of this whole experience, aside from the lookβ¦.Geo reminded me to have fun with my people. Now, I CAN. Thank you everyone, especially Geo! I will be back for future events!!!β
βI visited WHBM yesterday and had a great experience. Maria, the sales associate, was incredibly helpful and gave me excellent advice while I was trying on different sizes of blouses and pants. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process much easier. Really appreciated her assistance!β
βI would have given 0 stars if it weren’t for the tail end of my visit. I came to the store with my boyfriend to exchange something for my mother. I walked in through the main entrance and initially asked the employees who work in mens near brands like polo and near all of the jeans they sell. The first 2 people I approached were having phone calls, 1 was even having a FaceTime call with what looked like a friend using profanity right in front of customers like myself. When I asked for helped, they looked annoyed that I interrupted their phone calls and simply told me “oh you do returns over there” and randomly pointed in a direction. I figured I might as well get someone else’s help but unfortunately was bounced around 5 separate times by employees who did not want to assist with a simple exchange and kept telling me “oh we can’t do that for you” or “you have to do it somewhere else”.
At this point I was extremely frustrated and asked for a manager. The employee told me they were not available because their manager told them earlier “they were busy and not to bother them” which I’ve never heard such a ridiculous response to a customer. I had enough and decided I was going to leave and just call customer service and went to find my boyfriend. He was checking out stuff in the mens suit area and was confused why I hadn’t exchanged the items yet. Thankfully, and the only reason I didn’t give this review 1 star, was because of the amazing service I finally received at the end. My boyfriend was working with someone named John who then called his manager Phil over. I have to say, if it wasn’t for the amazing level of empathy and service they gave me, I don't think I’d ever step foot again in Bloomingdales. The manager was very apologetic for the service I received and went above and beyond to make me feel heard when I was at a point of such frustration and anger at how I was treated. I can’t thank you enough for turning my experience around for the better and the best part is now my boyfriend will be coming back to purchase a suit for an upcoming wedding we have with John. If this level of service was given throughout the entire building, everyone would have a standout experience.β
βThis one in Roosevelt Field Mall needs an update in Google Maps. They need to state its current location which is on 3rd floor of Macy's side of the establishment. Find your deal when you get there.β

βThis review is for YSL in Roosevelt Field. What a great store! All the sales help there are so nice. I always walk in there just to look around because I love the product line and I canβt decide what I want, and everyone is so helpful and courteous. They never get upset, even when I tell them Iβm just browsing. They treat me like Iβm their best customer. Jordan is amazing, as are Gillian, Danielle, and Dana. Today I finally decided to buy a bag and a wallet (my Christmas gift). I love my purchase, and what makes it even nicer is that I got it from such a great place with great sales people. They made my purchase even more special!β

βI love J Crew clothing style. I normally buy my clothing thru online but today, I decided to pickup my order at this location. I needed it for my coming trip and it's worth trying if available in the store than waiting thru the mail. Luckily, my shoes are available. As usual, I got it on sale price. Right size as marked, beautiful quality and a good buy for the price. I looked around the store after. Great selections. Beautiful displays. Pricy but if you purchase an item on full price, you are definitely paying for the quality. Staff is friendly. Clean store.β
βDid some holiday returns last week All stores were messy with clothing strewn all over. It was a delight to enter Land's End. A special return register for on lime shopping was fast and easy. The shelves were neatly organized - no unfolded clothing left around.A pleasure.β

She showed my mother the selection very thoroughly, explaining the price, what kind of bag/wallet it was. She bagged each item separately so that it could be easily identified. The store is clean, bright, and well-organized, which makes a huge difference when browsing. Sections are clearly laid out, sizes are easier to find than at many other H&M locations, and the overall flow of the store actually makes shopping enjoyable rather than overwhelming. You donβt feel like youβre digging through chaos to find something decent.
Selection-wise, this H&M is well stocked with a good mix of basics, seasonal pieces, and trendier items. Quality is what youβd expect from H&M β some pieces are better than others β but if you take a moment to browse, you can definitely find items that feel worth the price.
What stood out most was that the store felt properly managed. Staff were visible, helpful when needed, and the checkout process was smooth without unnecessary delays. Compared to some other large retailers in the same mall, this location feels more put together and customer-focused.
Overall, a good H&M experience and one of the better locations Iβve visited. Definitely worth stopping by if youβre shopping at Roosevelt Field Mall and want affordable, stylish pieces without the frustration that sometimes comes with fast-fashion stores. Would come back again.β
βMaria an employee at this GUESS was very helpful ,caring, and kind. She helped me out choosing a proper quarter zip they had on the sales floor that would fit my style since I was un decisive so I needed a second opinion so she was very helpful with that. 10/10 with helping me out ?β
βI had an excellent experience at Express. I came in looking for an elegant suit for my first job, and the service I received was amazing from start to finish. The lady working in the fitting room was very kind and helpful, and she even asked another young associate to assist me as well.
The other associate was incredibly patient and brought me different outfit options that suited me very well, helping me find the perfect size. You could really tell that they genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable and confident with my choice.
I donβt remember the exact name of one of them, but I believe it was Herreina (not sure about the spelling). Regardless, I want to highlight how outstanding the service was. I felt very welcomed and truly valued as a customer.
