“Yamille and her staff at Wallkill Valley Federal in Walden have always been an integral part of our family, especially my father. For many years, even if he wasn’t coming into the building to conduct his transactions, he would bring the staff donuts. It was as if everyone working in the building was his niece or nephew – or his middle school students when he taught many years ago. It became his purpose to brighten their day with sugar-filled happiness. In the last year or so, when our Dad needed additional help, my brother and I worked seamlessly with Yamille and her colleagues -- and we kept the donut tradition going. We understand that we didn’t have to do this, but it was the nice (and hopefully, unexpected) thing to do. This type of community banking and relationship management is often lost with the larger brick-and-mortar and virtual banks. “There is truly not much I can say about this branch and I am not sure If I will be returning anytime soon. I will say that we needed to get some cash, and we were on the Thruway, this branch was just a few minutes off the highway. It was extremely easy to drive into the center, and hop over to the ATM. The ATM's are also protected if it's inclement weather. It is also located in a very robust shopping area with a Tops Supermarket. It was a perfect location. Easy in - Easy out, ample parking area. KUDOs to BOA for maintaining this location.”

“I’ve never had any issues with this location. They have 2 ATM’S, a driver through and a walk up. Not to mention they have a driver up teller. Yes sometimes they are under staffed, I blame that on Biden-omics, and Democratic policies that allow people to stay home and not work. Companies can’t just rip people off the streets and force them to work.”
