“I can see why now this Mavis has such high ratings. The kindness I experience was truly awesome. My car basically died on me and I had to have to towed to this location. JP was super kind when I dropped off the car as he probably saw I was freaking out a bit. He gave me a run down of what they would try to do to figure out what was wrong with my and I left feeling calm. Dillon called me the next day and explained what was going on with my car. I asked him to explain to me in layman’s terms which he proceeded to do in a very kind manner. “I was told by another local tire shop ( which I had been using for years) that I was going to have to replace roughly $2,000 in front end parts on my truck so that a wheel alignment could be done. That didn’t sound right to me so I declined their service. I was referred to Mavis in Gardener by a friend, so I took my truck there. Chet and his team were honest with me and got my alignment done for around $100. That honesty goes a long way with me! Because of their honest service I had them order and install 4 new tires for me. I will continue to go there for service from now on.
