“I could not recommend The Garrison enough for our winter wedding (1.20.24). The venue was the perfect mix of upscale and relaxed - just what we were looking for. Annie and the team made sure everything was perfect. There's no need to overthink your day because they just know the perfect wedding formula that works. The views are spectacular, the food amazing, the hospitality was warm and all our guests felt it.I really liked that The Garrison had guest rooms in the Inn where guests could stay during our wedding. We had a few families with young kids and they were able to go upstairs when the kids were tired.I highly recommend their winter package. You're getting an amazing deal for the venue, food, staff. You won't regret it.”

“Usually not overly crowded. A fun 9 hole golf course with a very friendly staff. A couple difficult holes with a difficult slant otherwise a good course to practice your game.”

“I had a few issues with my gown and veil (not the stores fault). Breanna went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with both. She was extremely helpful and kind throughout the process. Wedding planning can be extremely stressful but her patience helped me stay calm. So far every woman that I’ve worked with at Lambs Hill has been amazing and has gone above and beyond for me. I can’t recommend them enough!”

“I had my daughter-in-law‘s shower here, and everybody still talks about it three years later! We had it in the restaurant part, as long as you have 50 people or more, you can have the Champagne Brunch. We had about 80! It was one of the best showers ever! UNLIMITED mimosas and champagne, and the buffet goes from breakfast foods, all the way into lunch foods! Everything imaginable from baked ziti, Penne vodka, fresh shrimp, eggplant parm, chicken parm, AND the owner/Chef himself was slicing up fresh Prime Rib!!! The service was impeccable! They treated us like royalty! Very attentive and efficient and also sweet. Evan really works with you and your Budget to achieve one of the best celebrations you can imagine! We ALSO go there for dinner, and always have the NY strip steak smothered with onions, peppers, and fried potatoes. It’s absolutely amazing! We recently booked a dinner party in the main dining roomfor my husband’s 60th birthday! I’m sure it will be fabulous!”

I arrived around 8 pm after a long, rainy bus ride from Port Authority. Tory greeted me with the warmest welcome, and I instantly felt at home. He graciously took my bag and personally delivered it to my room, The Windsor, walking me through all the available amenities for my stay. Troy went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed before leaving me to the solitude I sought an hour outside the hustle and bustle of the city.The next day, he prepared a beautiful breakfast and assisted me in planning my trip to Storm King. Although I had only booked a two-night stay, on the second day, I had the pleasure of meeting the rest of the Cromwell Manor Inn family, including the wonderful owners. Troy treated me to another delicious breakfast, and I spent the remainder of my day exploring the grounds while witnessing the team joyously decorating the beautiful estate with Christmas decorations.Before heading back to the city, I had lunch next door at Jones Farm, following the Cromwell family's suggestion, and began planning my next stay. As a history buff, I was fascinated by the inn's history, feeling like I had been transported to another time. My room was cozy and warm, impeccably clean and well-preserved. A tour of the grounds revealed that each room was tastefully decorated.I had forgotten how easy it is to travel to the Hudson Valley for a little respite from the Manhattan hustle and bustle. “Party Palace is spacious and easy to locate. There's plenty of parking for guests and the owners are so very accommodating. Whether you're having a party, repass, workshop, shed, rehearsal, concert, meeting or business event the Party Palace is sure to impress your guests and meet your needs.”

“Clean, well appointed workspaces with a large common area and kitchen. Lot's of options from communal tables to single pods to large conference rooms. Love it!”

“I can’t say enough about the hospitality of the folks here! Ron, the fleet captain went the extra mile to get us a dock for our IP 370 sailboat, Vinny and his buddy helped us tie up and then even walked our boat from a bow in to a stern in, Mike the mechanic spent a lovely evening with us visiting, and so many others made us feel so welcome! Although the pool and restaurant/bar closed after Labor Day weekend, and there is no laundry facility, the marina has beautifully maintained quiet floating docks, a channel with 6-7 foot of depth high tide, and plenty of canopied areas to relax in. The restroom and showers are clean, spacious and well equipped. Grocery stores are a short ride away, and a number of members here offered rides. An added bonus: no nearby train tracks! After a few rough nights on the anchor, Cortlandt Yacht Club was the respite we needed before continuing our way south to the Bahamas. Thank you members! I highly recommend your facility.”

We were blown away by the hospitality and warmth of the entire staff, including the owner who gave us a tour of the upstairs! It was a memorable way to celebrate Mom and the holiday season. “Little disappointed that they removed the whirlpool. It was a long drive in an uncomfortable car. We were looking forward to relaxing in the whirlpool. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.Food & drinks: Redline diner and cracker barrel are across the street.”
