“Was able to get my unit same day when I was in a pinch and kept it for close to 2 years. Barb has excellent customer service and was always quick to respond. Security is great, everything isfenced, locked, and monitored. Easy access with a pin code at the gate made it easy to pick up and drop off my kayaks/coolers when I needed. Would recommend. ?”
“Kelsey Carpenter, the property manager, does an amazing job managing the property. She is down to earth and great at working with customers. I had a smaller unit and needed a bigger one, but as life happens, something came up. She worked with me and allowed me to take my time
transitioning to the other unit. As long as you are upfront with her and stay in contact, she will work with you. I like her so much. I closed down another storage unit at a different location and decided to store my trailer there as well. Keep up the good work, Kelsey—five stars for sure!
