“We delivered to this place today and first I have to say they unloaded us pretty quickly. We walked in to see what kinds of things they had since we never get to deliver to actual stores. I found cannolis. Being from louisiana they’re hard to find so I got a pack of the mini chocolate chip and oh my gosh they were amazing! If they make those in house I’d do anything for their recipe. If we had more room in the semi freezer I would have gotten their filling. Do you guys ship nationwide??”

You only thing that stopped me from giving it five stars is there paper bag. 13 cents per bag is the most I've ever anywhere for a paper bag. Most other places our 5¢per bag.”

“My husband and I have been shopping at the Hilton, NY Tops. It started out as part of another grocery chain which has always kept a family like store that put the accent on customer service, superior meats, produce baked goods as well as their deli. In addition, they also treat cleanliness as a must. When Tops came to Hilton we were concerned that all of those things might have been compromised. Much to our pleasure Tops Hilton have kept all of the original attributes we were concerned might change.Should you find yourself taking a trip to the Hilton Tops, be sure to partake in their (best ever in my opinion) the "Hilton" beer battered fish fry, outstanding subs, salads, and desserts on hand. You will be so very glad you did.Without question, the Hilton Tops is well worth a visit. You will find yourself making it a regular stop on your busy life!”

“Great location in Spencerport, plenty of parking in this plaza. Smaller store that allows easy navigation throughout the place. I stop in here when I'm in the area and I'm in a hurry. Seems most people shop at bigger places. The staff in the bakery are especially friendly to small kids. Lots of unique items here too, I can always find some fantastic dessert at a good price. Theres a small area with clearance products, make sure to check that out! I've found some steal of a deals there.”

“They did a good job on their Mt Read store. Update was needed. What people fail to realize is how inefficient grocery stores are and one of the biggest contributors to releasing gases that are counterproductive towards the environment. Open refrigeration and open freezers continue to be used. The addition of a Starbucks was meh. But your self checkout is in parallel with Wegmans. Tops has turned their produce department a complete 180 as the product there often would be rotten on the shelf. I suggest only getting items from here that are on sale or with a coupon for Wegmans now carries many of the same products and are less (shocking but true)”

“After a career in management at Tyco Electronics I wanted a P.T. job to stay busy . I applied and got a job in the Produce Dept at Top's in 2020 . I noticed that Top's hires many people with disabilities which is great . I worked at Wegman's in 1973 while going to college and enjoyed the smaller store feeling where all the employees knew each other and many of the customers as we have at Top's now . We get many Senior Citizens and disabled customers who don't want the giant grocery store's with too many aisles and confusion and may need assistance . The Meat Dept. with fresh cut meat and cuts to order is fantastic ( I ordered a prime rib roast for X-Mas and it was delicious !) Bigger's not alway's better !!!!!!!!!”

And, set up nicely.The folks that work there are very nice and helpful.Yes, you have to watch the prices, but the coupons help and so doesthe once a month senior day.You don't get any savings at Wegmans at all. No sales, no coupons.After 40 years of shopping at Wegmans, I only go to Tops and Aldi.Wegman is too rich for my money.Thank you Tops.”

“I am pretty much a straight up ALDI shopper.. the staff will know if they have an item again if it’s not there today, comeback later or if it’s a once in while item they will tell you. Prices are much, much easier on our grocery bill so sometimes we can splurge here and there! The ‘Aisle of Shame’ yielded solid deals on items we needed to take back to Rochester!All in if you have ever shopped TJ’s you can spot gourmet products in the aisles at ALDI but I don’t feel like someone is charging me an arm AND a leg like I used to at the family W—man’s stores.. Shopping is much more of a pleasure than a chore at ALDI ?”
