“Idk why there are so many negative reviews but I've had an account here at this branch as well as my husband for years and years now and everyone is great! Yes there are a bunch of new employees that aren't as nice as some of the original employees but they are still helpful and do their job. I'm here to deposit or withdraw money not make a new friend anyways. 10/10 because they also printed me a new card on the spot instead of having me wait over a week for it to come in the mail. “Since starting work in the plaza, I'm at the bank frequently for my job. They are the kind of staff everywhere should employ. Friendly, kind, fast, and efficient. The two younger ladies (the ginger with glasses and the other one with streaks in the front of her hair) are always so passionate! Smiles galore.
