The equipment was clean and they did not have beat up old stuff, it was newer and appeared to be well maintained. I liked that this is a local place and not some huge chain rental place, I prefer to support locals when possible.”
“Today I was in a jam as I needed to get to my daughter's college to pick up her things. The trailer I rented needed a 2" ball. I went to Tractor Supply in Geneseo to get it, but could not get the old ball off. Nate at Tractor Supply was able to work his magic and get the ball off. Unfortunately other snafus occurred as well, but Nate was there until everything was resolved.
