“This is the way customer service should be. I have never encountered a rude customer service person here. They are always helpful polite and very friendly. Today I had a issue with a tool I purchased about 6 months ago and Chad went way above and beyond helping me. I know some of the tools are not the top of the line quality but I challenge anyone to find better service at any big box or specialty store.Thanks Chad you guys have a customer for life”

“Had the equipment I needed to rent! They showed me how to start it, operate it, and turn it off. The equipment was clean and they did not have beat up old stuff, it was newer and appeared to be well maintained. I liked that this is a local place and not some huge chain rental place, I prefer to support locals when possible.”
