“I have been going to Steve Shannon Auto, formerly Trombley’s, in Geneva for over 30 years. They have consistently gone above and beyond and they make you feel like family. They are honest, hardworking, and trustworthy. I will not take my car or buy my tires from anyone else. Free tire fixes for flats or slow leaks if you purchase your tires from them. I drive a lot. I get slow leaks at least twice a year and they fix them every time, free of charge. They have never once sold me anything I didn’t need, and they have told me to hold off on things I wanted but didn’t need. There is no one like them. I cannot recommend more highly.”

“I will for now on ONLY shop here for my auto needs! The assistant manager is amazing! I have a what I think is a big family with 4 kids so money is tight! We called anither store first who said they could.get the parts for us but would have to wait till Monday to get them in! Napa in geneva was my last hope and frankly wish I would started there!! When I called the guy not only had the parts I needed he offered to at first price match and then without me asking he beat the other places store by a considerable amount! Now I doubt this is an everytime thing but man it was needed right now! I wish I got his name , the invoice paper say employee number 64! Wanta say it was Steve! Either way great experience coming here and they earned a customer with a small gesture like that! Even the young kid working the register took the x4 rotors out to my SUV for me without me asking. You just don't see customer service like this!”
