“I got a starter from the Newark store and there was a manufacturer's defect and I broke down and the nearest Advanced was Waterloo. I called them up they brought a brand new starter to me all I had to give them was the receipt for the old starter and the starter that broke and they came right to me wouldn't even accept gas money these guys are great definitely give them 10 Stars if I could thanks guys!”

“Stopped in today with random girl questions on my car. The young man (he was a bigger guy with a beard.) Nate was his name i think; was extremely polite and helpful. He was/ is actually very knowledgeable about cars and parts. I was very impressed with the way he represented not only himself but the company too. Such a great personality to have for your company! Need more like him. Nice job young man there isn't too many younger people out there with such manners, respect and willingness to actually do work or even help others! Kiddos to you kid!”
