“Today I was in Geneva for a funeral and afterwards I came in to finger lakes Federal credit Union to ask some questions about my account. I ended up being with Larissa from finger lakes credit Union in Geneva. Let me tell you about this member service specialist. The girls customer service skills is on point. She didn't rush me she was very patient she was listening to everything that I had to say even when I went off on a tangent. She researched information about chime because I was looking for direct deposit from a person that only has time. And I don't know what else to say but she was unbelievable and honest about the things that she wasn't familiar with. She had no problem saying let me ask or look into that. That is a person that you would love to work with. Five stars kudos to Larissa today Larissa is the employee of the day. period”

“When I first came to L&B and walked through the doors it was a very Grand Place it was very clean and very beautiful when you walked up to the desk they know you by your name which is fantastic and I also know that I will get the care that I would need here they have a lot of options available and they are willing to help you out and also sit down and talk with you about them in death and they also are very nice they always have a coffee machine for coffee if you would like to have some which is very Nifty and cool to have and also they have very nice waiting Services rooms for the services centers while you wait for someone to become available normally sometimes the lines are a little bit long and stuff at some points but overall very very generous and very very awesome to have them behind me as my bank”
“I had an issue at the Waterloo brach which was only a question that escalated fast. However was later answered & solved by Laura in the Geneva branch. “I like the place overall it is clean and not too crowded usually I can get in and get out very quickly and everybody that has worked with me have been excellent I am also Blind and Visually Impaired they have adapted to help me out and they are learning more and more about that aspect the only thing again mentioning that is that they do not have a automated ATM but that is okay cuz mostly I go to the teller booth inside to get my stuff but I gave them a poor because of that aspect but is that a killer in my eyes no because of the friendly people that are inside the bank it is worth it they are fantastic do recommend this bank to other people thank you for reading this review”
