“I have banked here my entire life and they have always been good to me. I had money stolen from a card hacker recently and was very upset to find out that they no longer print cards at any of their location so I am without my main card now. Honestly this was enough to not Bank through them anymore as I cannot go without my main bank account. However Brendon from the Seneca falls location was beyond helpful and has stayed attentive and has gone out of his way to help me with this situation. Thanks to him reminding me why I love this company I will continue to bank with them thank you Brendon.”
