“I wanted to recognize the outstanding service we received at Lowe's yesterday while purchasing a new $600 air conditioner for my 83-year-old father, a Vietnam veteran who proudly served four years in the U.S. Army.
Brian and Will were both exceptional. They each thanked my father for his service, which meant a great deal to him. When I explained to the cashier that my dad's veteran discount wasn't working because his ID wouldn't scan, Will immediately stepped in and took care of it without any hassle or questions.
Brian also helped us load the air conditioner into our vehicle, which we really appreciated.
I also want to recognize the female employee who greeted us and personally walked us over to the air conditioner section instead of just pointing us in the right direction.

“I'm trying to replace my calipers and I broke my extensions 2 time's I'm just get them again . I'm going to try no extension just go socket to brakerbare but I have to go up from 3/8 drive to 1/2 inch drive because there's no 3/8 brakerbare & I think I'll just brake them .”
