“My mothers power lift recliner had a simple part fail and would no longer operate properly. I contacted the store, explained the issue and said there was no need to send a repair person for such a simple fix. Within 3 days I had two replacement parts-(since two scenarios existed), from the store in my mailbox. It took me 10 minutes to repair the recliner. I can't say enough positive things about how they took care of this issue. I highly recommend this store.”
