“We stopped into the store today to look at a few pieces; fabric, firmness, quality, etc on a wim. We had the most delightful sales rep; Tom. He was amazing showing us all the things we thought we liked and some not so much. However he knew what we were describing and immediately and without being pushy showed us items he thought we might be interested in. Since the experience was so pleasurable thanks to Tom, we turned around at the doors and purchased new livingroom tables to match our chair and chaise we had just purchased.excellent people skills and customer service.”
