“Ben went above and beyond in delivering great customer service. He was very knowledgeable. He tried many different retrieval methods to grab the data off of my A52 Samsung. I was extremely pleased with his dedication to making it work. I am so glad that he was on duty the day I walked in. He is a fantastic manager and also has a great team too: Nacira and Jessie also jumped in with their experience to help resolve the issue. This store has a wonderful working team. “The store is beautiful but the sale people obviously get paid on commission and are willing to tell you anything to make a sale. Be careful what you buy and don't fall for the upsales you can definitely get everything they offer at a fifth of the price on Amazon. I have had to take my phone in three times for "repairs" so I could get service on my phone and nothing works. I even put in a 128 gb sd card to transfer things to and that didn't work either ☹ï¸â˜¹ï¸â˜¹ï¸â˜¹ï¸â˜¹ï¸â˜¹ï¸”
