“Ben went above and beyond in delivering great customer service. He was very knowledgeable. He tried many different retrieval methods to grab the data off of my A52 Samsung. I was extremely pleased with his dedication to making it work. I am so glad that he was on duty the day I walked in. He is a fantastic manager and also has a great team too: Nacira and Jessie also jumped in with their experience to help resolve the issue. This store has a wonderful working team.
