I noticed he was both doing the amazon returns and attend the customers at the register. What happened is he was starting to get frustrated with himself and with a customer. He was having trouble trying to ring out the customers order. Meanwhile you had 2 customers waiting with amazon packages. There was no one else to help him. Maybe you should consider having some back up help when needed at the register. There was one other employee that did not offer to help. This employee really needed the help. Yes I used the word help alot because sometimes help is all they need.”
