“Friendly staff, talks and laughs with customers. My go to place when I need to ship out a pkg.. I have had them wrap and pkg up two bottles of wine for me. Shipped from NY to Colorado, wine arrived in perfect condition.”
“Came in to get two passports done. Had to schedule a last minute appointment here because another post office couldn't take us and cancelled. Cathie was GREAT, handled everything seamlessly and took care of getting it done! Can't say enough good things.”
“Just called the (315) number , its 9a a woman answered the customer service phone . She went above & beyond to find my package, and get it on the truck . She was able to correct my address that Amazon failed to provide . UPS you need more people like her willing to help , and fix the problem. “McKenna, the associate who helped me, was incredible. I had a last minute request for printing that was for the next morning. She saved the day and did so courteously, with no hint that it was frustrating, and even changed the pages live when I asked for help. She was great and made me feel more positively about Staples as a whole, particularly the Geneva location.”
