“The owner manager patiently figured out how I could print out a return label from Amazon through his system from an iPad, all while attending to a constant stream of customers. He could have easily told me there wasn’t a way leaving me with the problem. I’m a visitor to the area and simply had no other options.”

“Today I went to return an Amazon package and afterward do alittle shopping. The employee assisting me was friendly and considerate. I noticed he was both doing the amazon returns and attend the customers at the register. What happened is he was starting to get frustrated with himself and with a customer. He was having trouble trying to ring out the customers order. Meanwhile you had 2 customers waiting with amazon packages. There was no one else to help him. Maybe you should consider having some back up help when needed at the register. There was one other employee that did not offer to help. This employee really needed the help. Yes I used the word help alot because sometimes help is all they need.”
