Rite Aid provides a very positive shopping experience with extremely helpful pharmacy staff and regular store associates. Customers typically experience exceptional service. However, some have a harder and harder time getting medications from this location, even when surrounding pharmacies are stocked, which is a bit of a problem. While staff are often attentive, there can be occasional long waits and a lack of awareness of the customer experience. It is described as a wonderful store with friendly and helpful sales people.
The pharmacist and the pharmacy staff were extremely helpful, as were the regular store staff associates. Shopping at this store was a very positive experience.

20 minutes on hold to see if prescription is ready because generally they aren't. It gets worse by the week.

I've been having a harder and harder time getting medications from this location. Even though the surrounding pharmacies are stocked. Seems to be a bit of a problem considering medication is the primary reason for this particular business.
