“I have a 2013 Nissan Juke. For over a year I had a problem with wheels alignment. I used to take it to the mechanic every 2 months to address the problem. I switched to Willco Auto Care recently. The entire experience was very pleasant, their customer service is immaculate, Will and Justin are great, they know very well how to explain things over the phone, they’re very comprehensive and informative. Willco’s schedule is very organized. No overlaps, no over crowded parking and everything is clean & spotless. My car is finally fixed now! I highly recommend this place.”

“This is the only Valvoline location I use because of their employees. I worked in Buffalo temporarily in 2024 for a few months and needed an oil change. I was under the impression that all Valvoline locations were able to quickly purchase an oil filter if they didn't have it in stock (like the location I had at home in Rhode Island), but that is not the case. However, I was lucky that the district manager of this location at the time was in the store, and he offered to go purchase my filter. I drive a 2015 VW Jetta (TDI/ Diesel), so my oil and filter are uncommon. Since then, I've officially relocated to Buffalo and came back to this Valvoline. Although they didn't have my oil and filter, I was able to buy them online and provide them for the staff here. Not having to change my own oil is very helpful, but the staff here make the entire process much easier and seamless. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative.”

“I have been going here for a couple years now ever since I got my new car. They are reasonably priced for a first come first serve shop. Mostly just get oil changes and smaller stuff done here but have heard some people getting more major jobs done here as well. Wait times aren’t bad either. Recently all dealerships systems had been hacked making it more difficult to do paperwork and write ups, even w this annoying issue I was outta there in about an hour and a half for an oil change, spark plugs, manual transmission fluid flush and coolant flush.”

“I had my car detailed last week. I decided to get my car washed and when I looked it over, there were hard spots on the passenger side. I couldn’t get it off. The cashier told me to go through again, however the spits were still there. They called a manager over to look at it. “Matthew P” came right away. He recognized that it needed a solution in order for the spots to come off. Matt took care of my vehicle himself and all the hard spots were removed. I want to give a loud shout out to manager Matt for his customer service to make sure I had a great experience! Thank you so much Matt P🥰”
“The guys were friendly. The oil change was quick, within 15 minutes. They even checked my cabin filter, which none of the other oil change place bothered to check. It was in dire need of replacing. I would go back again because of the quick & friendly service.”
“Took our truck for a routine oil change. Staff was friendly, polite, professional, and super thorough. Our “topside” tech, Tyrek, inspected the vehicle, checked lights, fluid levels, seals and filters. Down below, Michael was speedy and efficient, and made quick work of lowering and reinstalling our skid plates (which can be kind of a hassle.) We stayed in the vehicle during the service and the both the techs and our CSR, Devin, chatted with us and gave us recommendations on things to do when visiting Buffalo. “Ya know its kinda sad and poor reflection of the company when you have been a customer for over 15 years. And then get talked about behind your back the entire time your there. Made fun of and woofed at as your leaving just because you have the gall to display your personal lifestyle by wearing something as simple as a dog collar. It really shows how immature and insecure the technicians are that they have to make fun of a customer in front of every other customer in the shop at the time. I guess ill start going to Monro across the street, never had any issues and they've treated me with decency and respect.
I refuse to support any business that harasses their customers because of what they look like, or what they wear. Im sure you'll get far in life (not really).

One of the owners called me directly to apologize for the behavior of the technicians. They said they they were investigating the incident and would follow up later on. Ill update my review from 1 star to 3 for management looking into the incident and addressing it.

The owner did follow up and assure me that the matter has been resolved and offered a personal hand written apology and explanation of what they did to address the incident. More businesses need to take the time to connect with their customer and address issues as the owner did. It helps foster a sense that your a person and not just revenue. That you matter and they want you to be happy and keep coming back too their business.”

“My 4Runner’s front skid plate bracket had some issues. A bolt snapped and got stuck inside the mounting base, and all four bolt holes were bent and misaligned. The dealer quoted me an estimated $1500 and said I needed to replace the crossmember. I went to six different repair shops and all of them said it couldn’t be fixed. In the end, a friend recommended this place to me. Mike helped me solve this problem cleanly and efficiently. I won’t be going to any other repair shop in the future. Highly recommend to everyone.”
