“My 4Runner’s front skid plate bracket had some issues. A bolt snapped and got stuck inside the mounting base, and all four bolt holes were bent and misaligned. The dealer quoted me an estimated $1500 and said I needed to replace the crossmember. I went to six different repair shops and all of them said it couldn’t be fixed. In the end, a friend recommended this place to me. Mike helped me solve this problem cleanly and efficiently. I won’t be going to any other repair shop in the future. Highly recommend to everyone.”

“I had my VW Passat inspected and maintenance done at my dealership a few days ago. They should have check my oil since 2 oil lights were on and I ask them to do so. I noticed the oil lights were still on the next time I drove my car. I immediately called my dealership and was told by someone working there that the oil was probably never checked! I then drove to Valvoline, the closest to me since my dealership was too far. I do know you can’t drive a car without oil. The two gentlemen that work there were so helpful, considerate and kind. They checked my oil then showed me the dipstick, there was hardly any oil on it. My husband passed not long ago, I know nothing about cars, that’s why I go to my dealership. These two wonderful men would not take my money nor would they accept a tip. I was treated with respect and left feeling confident and with such gratitude. Valvoline will now be where I get my oil. God bless these two wonderful men.”

“I had my car detailed last week. I decided to get my car washed and when I looked it over, there were hard spots on the passenger side. I couldn’t get it off. The cashier told me to go through again, however the spits were still there. They called a manager over to look at it. “Matthew P” came right away. He recognized that it needed a solution in order for the spots to come off. Matt took care of my vehicle himself and all the hard spots were removed.
