West Herr Lincoln Service provides a very good experience overall. Customers report the best experience with a dealership ever, with polite, easy-going staff and no pressure to buy. The showroom is bright and clean with a nice customer waiting area, and everyone greets customers in a friendly manner. Sales staff are thorough, knowledgeable, informative, down to earth, and not pushy, spending considerable time explaining vehicles. They are helpful with repairs, such as providing a new windshield. While there was one poor experience due to unavailable parts, customers are very happy, would not hesitate to buy again, and definitely recommend the dealership.

I purchased, used, a 2022 bronco Big Bend. I love the vehicle so far. I have a crack in my windshield and Gail is helping me repair that- they give me a new windshield. Vicki my sales person was very thorough and knowledgeable.
