“We had a towing appointment with Tony and I am very happy with it. Prior to the appointment, the communication is clear and prompt. At the appointment, he arrived on time and the whole process is very smooth. The pricing is also quite reasonable. Highly recommend.”
“I’ve had my car fixed twice in the past 6 months and it’s been nothing short of a great experience. Justin has been forthcoming about turnaround time and has worked flawlessly with the insurance to insure a smooth process! I trust him whole heartedly with my cars!”
“Fantastic service! Fast, efficient, and transparent. The car looks new. No trace of damage. Michelle was great. Kept me up to date on the progress. Could not be happier. Thanks, guys!”
“I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could. Not only is Tommy top notch in service, he's dependable and reliable as well as a true gentlemen. There's nobody I'd rather have fix my car than him. Thanks!”
“Outstanding service! Rafael and others in the shop were very friendly and personable. Ifelt like my car Wasatch in good hands from the moment I walked in. They did an amazing job replacing my car door. They kept me updated on the work and finished much faster than expected. In addition, they took extra care, returning my car in much better shape than I'd left it. Rafael also gave me personalized advice which will make a huge difference for me. I would absolutely recommend James Auto Works to anybody looking for high quality fast service with a personal touch.”
“I highly recommend this shop. John is amazing communication is great and work is outstanding. They stand behind their work. I came in with a bad job done by another body shop and John made sure he replaced the parts with all original and authentic parts. Car looks brand new.”

“They’re Very nice car service people I’ve never met. Yesterday I accidentally drove over the edge of board I got two flat tires, front and back at the same time in the parking garage in Glen cove. didn’t know what to do. All of my employees said to me to call Global Motors so I did. They took my car away and replaced both two tires in 4 hours. It is new tires and excellent condition and also with very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place !”

“We sincerely appreciate the outstanding work that Flower Hill Autobody did after we hit a deer with our new Honda CR-V. From the moment we brought it in, they were professional, reassuring, and thorough. Their Glen Cove team's follow-up and, more importantly, the quality of the repair work is exceptional — the car looks and drives like new again. We’re grateful not only for the craftsmanship but also for the clear communication and timely updates throughout the process. It made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. Thank you again for your hard work and attention to detail. We won’t hesitate to recommend your shop to others.”
