“I needed to get my bumper repaired after it got scraped. I contacted the shop and Brianna assisted me via text right away even during off hours. I provided pictures of my bumper via text and she was able to give me an estimate without having to visit the shop prior to my appointment. The drop off process for the car was easy and they did a great job repairing not just the recent scrapes, but all the prior dents and scratches that the bumper had. In addition, they painted the bottom part of my car for the same quoted price and returned my car looking like new and sparkling clean. The completion time was reasonable, three business days plus the weekend (kept over the weekend to ensure the best outcome), given the results. Brianna kept me updated throughout the entire repair work process which I truly appreciated. Pickup was just as easy. I paid Brianna directly, got in my just like new again car and was back to driving my car like nothing had happened. I was highly satisfied with their service and would recommend them with confidence.”
