“I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt that I had to this time. Every time something has happened to a my car I’ve had, I haven’t been in it , thank god ! This time was the worst; it was a hit and run ! From the time I called the emergency number for Coach Auto Body for a tow, to the time I picked up my beautifully fixed car, Joe, Alex and their crew were WONDERFUL ! It was supposed to take 1 1/2 weeks for the insurance adjuster to come take a look at my car, Joe had it done in 2 days! They are so professional that Joe and Alex had ordered the parts once my car arrived on the flat bed, so that once the adjuster had finished his job, they started their’s; the parts were already there! Joe kept in contact w/ me from beginning to end ! I could not be anymore pleased ! My car looked and drove like it was brand new! “The damaged driver's door of my Honda Civic had to be replaced My trusty auto mechanic recommended calling Anthony at Alpha Collision. I'm glad I did. The repair was promised within three days - and the job was finished on time. Anthony found a replacement door in the same color, saving the cost of repainting and dropping the final bill by several hundred dollars from the preliminary estimate. Who doesn't like saving money? My 15-year-old car also had two other dents that I wasn't expecting to be fixed. But Alpha did them anyway. The driver's door has multiple controls, for the windows and locks of all four doors and side view mirror. They all worked perfectly. And the car's inside and outside got an immaculate detailed cleaning, down to the glove compartment and cup holders, like it just came out of the showroom. I could not be more pleased. P.S. I tried to leave a gratuity for Anthony and the crew, It was graciously declined.”

“Just got back my car after being hit. While they were repairing my car they noticed paint was coming off from a previous repair done by a lesser shop. They settled the whole thing with my insurance company and was able to redo the shoddy work from the last shop. I got my car back and it looks brand new. Thank you for the great experience! “They do excellent work and their prices are very fair. Six months ago I pulled into the gas station and my brakes failed due to a defective caliper. They replaced my pads rotors and one caliper. Six months later the brakes start grinding from the wheel that they replaced the caliper. My truck was on the lift for six hours and they diagnosed a defective brake hose and a malfunctioning ABS system. They replaced the brake hose, pads and rotor. They only charged me for the brake lines and two out of the six hours my truck was on the left. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend using these gentlemen.”
“Came here after a friend recommended Brian, and I am not disappointed. In 2021, I received a detail from another shop that was DOUBLE the price and not even as good, but they were walking distance from my house. I am so grateful that, this time around, I drove the extra 20 minutes to Brian, who did a great job with my car. All afternoon, as I've been sitting in traffic, I've been finding more places in my car that he's detailed that I wouldn't have even thought to clean/detail. Service is great and prices are reasonable again with the new management. I will definitely be returning.I was a customer under the previous owner, and given the high prices, and other various issues (which are not important now, as those issues have been resolved so far after the switch in ownership), I started going to other places for my oil change. “Not sure why this place has so many negative reviews but I’ll be happy to give mine. Staff was friendly and greeted me upon entering. They looked at my car at the exact time my appointment was for. Luckily for me they were able to inspect the “chip” on my windshield and determined it was nothing serious. The tech came outside no questions asked and cleaned off the area to ensure it did not need repair. Saved me a claim thru my insurance. Thanks again”
