Metro by T-Mobile on Glen Street provides very good service. The staff, particularly one employee, is noted for being very helpful, always in a good mood, respectful, and kind. She has a lot of patience, treats customers kindly even when busy, and spends time and focus to ensure appropriate decisions. Customers are very satisfied with the generous attention, reporting they felt helped and answered thoroughly, even close to closing time. The service leaves people feeling satisfied.
