Terrible place, bad service, the worker there was terrible. I went to get her to help me activate my cell phone and she didn't even get up from where she was, she just said there was no system.In the afternoon I went again and the same thingIn the end he said that my cell phone was blocked just for not helping me.Very bad attention

This place is trash. They did something to my phone to where my voicemail was changed to Spanish and I was locked out of my phone. Even my 8 digit pin was changed. I switched to another phone company behind this, and I had metro for years before i went to their store.

So today I went into the store and there was a girl named Alta , I told her I wanted to change my line from one device to another. The change of device is about $23 and she told me I also had to change my SIM card and the SIM card costs $20 plus taxes. I used to work at a Metro Store and they over charge people so bad experience. She needs to change her attitude as well. I will always perfer drive 30 minutes to Brentwood where I know there’s great service.

I'm very happy with the phone and deal I got from this store,a wanted a good smartphone that did the basics ,and the employee recommended different phones so my options were open and loved how she explained all the different features each had. Definitely coming back here!.
