Tara is an exceptional branch manager; she was very helpful with resolving an issue. She is knowledgeable and extremely nice, and actually cares. I cannot say enough good about her. She is an asset to Chase Bank!

What a wonderful experience. I had a problem with my bank card and the manager Tara Alexander helped me because the other assistants were busy. She was terrific, solved my problem, explained everything and friendly. Chase has always managed my investments well, and the customer service at this branch is outstanding.
