I ask if anyone was available to speak to me ( i had a question about a CD) I was told by the branch manager she would help me as soon she was done helping her customer. so I moved to the side and waited.She then finish with the client, i was ready to be seen by he, but no she took someone else while I am still waiting. Very disappointing to be treated as if my business questions or money is not important .

So happy to write a 5-Star review of the Chase Bank in Glen Head! Each visit I make there is consistently a pleasure. Everyone is professional and helpful, always striving to assist in all of my banking needs, some of which are sometimes time consuming and complicated. I couldn't ask for a better experience each time I'm there ~ many thanks and happy holidays!

I was the only customer and person of color in this branch a little after opening on Saturday, October 9th and upon entry, I was not greeted upon entering by the tall hispani looking male, nit gentleman. After completing the necessary paperwork, the 3 bank tellers greeted me, shared a few laughs and completed my transaction. Someone saw potential in him but it must have gone to his head. We are all equal, ask your employer.

Rarely write reviews, but want to note this place is perfectly fine - I wouldn't pay attention to the one star reviews for typical checking/savings services. Everyone is pleasant, never had any problems and just found out they have complimentary notary services for customers.

The worst banking experience i have ever had in my life. They opened up my account and then moved its status to Pending without even informing me and when my Paycheck gets rejected from my company then i got to know what happened. I went to the radiocity branch new York and then they told me your account is being in a Pending status and we are working on that and will be sorted out soon. Again when i got my salary credited to my account, i was unable to withdraw money from my ATM card, i again went to the branch and then got to know that my Account is in Restricted state.They ensured me they will sort this out soon. I still didn't get any confirmation from their end and i need to re-visit the bank branch again and they have told me to close the account as they do not have any other option for me. I agreed as i was pissed off with the bank services and just wanted my money back. They over withdrawn my account i don't know how without my consent and gave me back my money and told me that your account has been closed finally. I felt relieved that i finally got rid of Chase but that was not my luck. I mailed the executive who opened up my account to confirm whether my account has been closed or not but i still didn't get any reply from them. I got a call from Chase bank that my account has some negative value of amount and i have to pay that to them. I have to again waste my time visiting their branch and i met their Asst. Branch manager and finally got to know that they have mistakenly gave me extra money because of some error in their system and i have to refund them back. This is Insane.I will seriously not suggest anyone to do any banking services with any of the branch of the Chase bank after having this experience. Me and my Friend almost wasted our 7-8 hours chasing them all the time but still did not get any response from them. I seriously felt bad when you leave your country and move into some new country and had such experiences which caused you so much inconvenience. Poor Service. Worst bank.

This bank has the slowest service of any bank I ever used! There is never more then 2 tellers but most of the time there is only one. I can't count the number of times I've been 3 rd or 4th on line waiting for the one teller while there are no other customers in there yet 6 other employees milling around, joking with other carrying on personal conversations. Non of these people can assist the one teller! Give me a break!

Somewhat of a rude teller, granted I was dirty but then again I'm a contractor. Normally I don't have this kind of issue with any other chase, in my opinion wether I own a business that requires a suit or work boots I should get the same level of respect and courtesy. I still gave them 3 stars because chase is still chase but you can bet I won't be visiting this location any time soon.
