I'm a regular at Hardy's and honestly, Sat Pal is the reason I keep coming back — and I'm not the only one. We all come here because of him. In today's world, you can't find real good quality honest people like him. He works so hard, and you can just tell how trustworthy he is — anyone would be lucky to have him on their team. He treats every single customer, from young kids to seniors, with a warm smile and sincere care. You can see how beloved he is by everyone in the community.
Sat Pal goes above and beyond in every interaction, always looking for ways to help however he can. He even arranged car service for me a few times when I was without a car — that's just who he is. He's the kind of honest, hard-working person who makes a real difference in a person's day. He even thoughtfully gave my mom a Christmas gift, which really shows his incredible character.
Whether I'm picking up groceries or scratch-offs, his genuine warmth and dedication make every visit pleasant. People like Sat Pal are truly invaluable — the kind of person any business would be lucky to have. Hardy's is fortunate to have him, and our community is better for people like him. “Huge selection of 'uncommon' foods to be researched . Exotic fruits and veggies. In store deli making fresh fish/vegetable rolls and more . After 7p.m. a large quantity of food in deli area is 1/2 price . I got a seafood roll that was absolutely amazing .
Dried/seasoned squid was perfectly spiced . H Mart is now my priority go to place for Asian food . ?????”
“Today I came into the store, it was perfectly stocked with everything I needed. I wanted to give a shutout to one of the women running the cash register today. Makkedah was amazing, she was very friendly and we had a wonderful conversation. She realized I had a long day and offered to bag up my groceries even after I offered to do so to help her out, which I appreciated a great deal. She noticed one of my apples was of the wrong type that I wanted and helped me find the proper apples. The staff always are wonderful at this store but I wanted to write today because she truly made my day better and deserves recognition. Thank you Makkedah and thank you to the whole staff for everything that you do, it does not go unnoticed!”

“One of the best locations ! They have everything in one store including already made food that's self serve. The food is also really good. Top food items: mac & cheese, chicken tenders, meat loaf, grilled lemon pepper chicken, mashed potatoes, diy salad bar. Im pretty sure the options are good but I have not tried them as of yet. This store has a lot of good items and it's always stocked unless there's a manufacturing issue with a product. Store is kept clean and organized. Staff is also really nice and friendly.”

“One of the best-run businesses in the NY area. Really wonderful food and shopping experience. Not cheap, but you get value for money. For example, their beef is priced above the supermarket, but well below the level of the really good gourmet butchers - but the quality is as just as good as the best in the area. So in that sense it's a bargain. I hope it never changes.”
“CTown has a modern exterior and a clean, well-organized interior. The fresh produce and neatly arranged items on the shelves, coupled with good lighting, create a comfortable shopping environment. “This has been my family’s go-to market for years, and the quality has never wavered. Whether it’s the produce, seafood, meats, or prepared foods, everything is always fresh and well-stocked. The bakery deserves a special mention—the bread is outstanding and easily some of the best on Long Island.
We stopped in for Father’s Day and picked up the tomahawk steak special. The quality was exceptional, and the value was even more impressive. It’s not often you find a place that consistently delivers both quality and great prices. If you haven’t shopped here yet, I highly recommend giving it a try—you won’t be disappointed.”

“Stop and shop my favorite supermarket. Just one thing I did not like, because I may have look strange to them it was obvious I w a s being watched and followed in the store. My groceries amounted to about $99. Full cart. Walking slow because I had surgery. When I got to check out suddenly I had an army of supervisors and security trying to help me.? in a crowed store. Shock that I easily paid for my groceries. Then I go outside 2 police cars stationed, soon as I went to my car they left. Im upset about this. Ive shopped this store a near 30 years. Does the fact that im Black with a cart full of grocery make me a thief? Not my imagination, ive worked in security.”

“Honestly speaking and constructivly, usually get the jerk chicken but it does not taste like authentic jerk chicken. The jerk chicken needs improvement… it is mostly dry and needs more sauce and seasoning( maybe a different one for sure ). For a Jamaican restaurant, jerk chicken is expected to be great. Also customer service can be improved and be more welcoming and kind. Thank you and hope you can improve on this! I like the Jamaica beef spicy patty from here and peanut punch which I saw was out of stock but hope to see different peanut punch in the future if you can as the ones that was there wasn’t the best.”
“I went Sunday afternoon with my kids, it was very busy, but we had a great experience. We got fresh produce (blueberries, strawberries, mangoes, bananas, arugula, scallions, red onions and red potatoes) everything was beautiful. Iykyk what i mean. Then we went over to the meat department got some great prime ribeye cuts, ground beef 80/20 and fresh chicken wings. The deli department is so well organized and the cuts are so thin just the way my kids like them for their lunches for school. They had great deals in drinks and snacks for school. Honestly everything you need all in one store. Clean store inside and out the parking lot is big so u definitely dont have to fight for parking. The cashiers are so sweet, even gave my little guy a lollipop. The best all around. I come from Westbury just to shop there. Its a family affair literally. Keep up the great work guys.”
