“I was a vendor at a food festival next to the branch, and I’m really grateful I met Banker AHMED ELFERT. He took the time to learn about my business and what I was selling, then introduced me to Citibank checking account bonus.
He made the whole process easy and helped me open account in just minutes without even going inside the branch. Thanks to him, I should be receiving the $325 bonus after I finish the deposit required, and I was so impressed that I made sure all 3 of my employees open accounts so they could get the bonus too.
He also introduced me to business products and asked me to set up a meeting at the branch to walk me through everything in detail, which I appreciated. I couldn’t get half of this treatment at my current bank and I will make sure to move all my business with citibank going forward.

“I have been a customer of NTFCU since 2003 when they helped me open a free account after taking a seminar with them. They offer many classes and seminars that help with credit building which I have utilized over the years. They have also helped me with car loans and personal loans. Their loan application process has always been pretty easy. Indiana, one of the reps who always assists me, I feel always goes above and beyond to resolve my issues so 10 stars for her. I took away one star because they cap your limit to $2000. You can't make big purchases or else the card will decline. It been an issue for me, so if you constantly make big purchases I suggest going with a bigger bank for checking account.”

Despite the underwriter asking for documents that did not exist, Melissa worked flexibly to find alternative documents that could work and certified it so the underwriter would accept. I felt that she genuinely wanted to help and I didn't have to worry about being stuck between two hard places. Whatever branch she ends up managing I will be making it my primary branch!”
