“Good ownership & staff.
Clean laundry mat. Free parking. Spacious.
Unfortunately, a couple of inconsiderate customers. I’ve seen a couple bring their filthy pet beds to be washed here and nothing else. Another complaint are stain marks on new shirts after being washed there. People need to check their pockets and stop brining their nasty pet’s bed to be washed here.”
“Michelle is a absolute human hack when it comes to gourmets and fixes , she literally fixed my coat in a day after I burned the shiny back flannel , she fixed rips and even does alternating to any existing gourmets. ,literally the best. Please go see her especially if you have expensive pieces and you want someone with experience to handle. The best Michelle !!”
“Called to do a same-day wash & fold with pickup & delivery, since the laundry at my place is out. I'd never done this before, and the folks on the phone were super patient with me, explaining clearly how it'd work. Everything went exactly according to schedule -- my clothes came back clean and very nicely-folded. Highly recommend, thanks for getting me out of a jam at the last minute!”

“Gotta say, the effectiveness of Eric the manager and his father and all his other employees is incredible. Completely changed the game for my store and the quality of my livelihood. Customers seem to be satisfied with my place now and it’s thanks to the work NY uniform does in the background that nobody sees.”
“So I have came here a hand full of times and must say I’m definitely impressed by upgrade you guys did the dryers work great so does the washers the place is always clean customer service is great as well I love when Nelly does my clothes definitely neat with everything she is the best thank you ??”
“Today, I visited this Clean Rite location after having avoided it for some time due to unpleasant experiences with staff in the past. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received today.
I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel, who was incredibly helpful, kind and professional. He even went above and beyond by assisting me with my bags both into and out of the store and to my car.
The location was clean, welcoming, and the staff provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future. Thank you, Daniel, for providing such a positive experience!”
“Ill save you time if you are googling looking for a reliable and good Flatbush wash n fold. Use these people!
I was able to schedule online all online, pickup was prompt and even tho I asked for it to come the next day, they called me the same night as pickup saying it could come earlier.
Everything smells amazing and it was so worth every penny. I work a very busy job and was dreading cleaning all my summer clothes for the season. Now it is going to be so easy to just put away. Thank you Kevin!”

“As a mom, I always have mountains of clothes to wash and very little time. I decided to try this laundry and it was an excellent decision. All my children's clothes came back clean, with a very pleasant smell and perfectly folded. Even some stains that I thought would no longer come out disappeared. The service was fast, the staff very friendly and the price seemed fair to me. I will definitely come back because it saves me a lot of time and I can dedicate it to my family.”

My clothes came out fresh, clean, and perfect. It’s rare to find a laundromat where you actually feel comfortable leaving your clothes in their hands. “I would like to update my previous complaint regarding the drop-off laundry service at Clean Rite Center on Sutphin Blvd in Jamaica, NY.
I have been a regular customer for approximately six months, and I had been consistently unhappy with the quality of the folding and organization of my laundry. My socks were not sorted or paired, undergarments were not folded properly, and the clothes were generally folded very poorly. I also noticed that fabric softener or dryer sheets were not being used.
After my complaint, the management contacted me, apologized for the service, and acknowledged my concerns. They explained that they are going to retrain their staff to improve the quality of the wash-and-fold service. They also offered to provide my next wash-and-fold service at no charge as a gesture to address my concerns.
I appreciate the management taking my complaint seriously and making an effort to resolve the issue. I am updating my complaint to reflect their response and their commitment to improving the service.
I hope the staff training results in better and more consistent service going forward. I appreciate the apology and the effort to make things right.”

She takes great pride in her work and does an excellent job keeping the laundromat clean, organized, and running smoothly. Her positive attitude and dedication make every visit a pleasant experience. I truly appreciate her professionalism and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended”
“This laundromat has the most welcoming workers; they are so friendly and very helpful.
The laundromat is always clean and organized.
One time I lost my card, and one of the worker saved it for me.
The other time I lost my card and since I have registered my card with my phone number, they were able to get back all my credit, which was great.
Did I mention that you get notifications if you have registered your card with your phone number after your laundry is ready?
So happy to say that this laundromat has become a big part in my life because i made a very good friend with one of the workers and owner is one of the friendliest person and very down to earth.
Definitely recommend this laundromat as your go to place to do your laundry 🧺.”

“This is a great place to do your laundry!!! This was my first time ever needing to do my laundry, however an employee for Clean Rite Center named Cecilia was super helpful!!! Cecilia showed me how to use the necessary cleaning machines and dryers, helped me select the best fabric detergent and softener and also helped me save money by avoiding what could have been “rookie” mistakes!!! I’m thankful to God for Cecilia, she’s a great and very kind person!!! I highly recommend this laundry service!!!”
